Hemmersbach Kids’ Family

Hemmersbach Kids’ Family is our internal Direct Action childcare department devoted to creating a better future for street kids and orphans. Using own resources and colleagues, we support children from challenging backgrounds. We stand besides them celebrating their victories and walking with them through their challenges. Together, we are building a future filled with dignity, opportunity and love – because every child deserves a chance for a better future. 

We have created a three-steps-approach to achieve that:

• A safe home and shelter
  We improve kids’ living conditions and provide a home, a safe place where children feel protected, valued and encouraged to explore their talents and thrive. 
• Access to quality education
  We provide access to education and school equipment, supporting children build a pathway toward stability and independence.
• Access to medical and psychological care
  We provide access to comprehensive care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being, empowering children to grow, heal and develop holistically.
