Overview

For a major energy provider, we cover end‑user, field and resident support, PC refresh, remote support, logistics and warehousing across 13+ countries and 670+ sites. Operations run 24/7 onsite with accredited technicians trained in HSSE and radioprotection – supporting critical infrastructure from home‑office shipments to complex bundled distributions.

Challenge

Stabilize services during structural transformations and mergers while keeping critical infrastructure online. Build a distribution model that ensures NBD response across Europe, tailor operations to diverse business units, and uphold rigorous safety and compliance requirements, including work in highly regulated environments.

Solution

We established new warehouses in seven countries and implemented NBD‑capable logistics, then tailored service models per unit. Hypercare ensured continuity through organizational change, and a hybrid commercial approach aligned to device and ticket volumes. Certification and HSSE‑focused delivery enabled support even in nuclear facilities.
