Global in‑store rollouts and IMAC/Break‑Fix across 18+ countries and 865+ stores. We installed iPads, peripherals, POS devices, printers and payment modules – handling everything from cabling to fitting equipment into shop furniture. Dispatch support covered metro and remote locations, backed by NBD/2BD SLAs and tightly managed logistics.

Challenge

Execute multi‑wave retail rollouts at pace – 3 to 15 stores per day – across Arabic countries, Italy, France and the UK. Maintain service continuity with rapid Break/Fix, ensure consistent installation quality across varied store formats, and stabilize supply by staging devices and spares close to demand to meet aggressive SLAs.

We stood up temporary warehouses in strategic locations for NBD response and business continuity, paired with additional Break/Fix and IMAC capacity after go‑live. Trained technicians delivered full‑service installations and hit 95% SLA compliance, completing three global rollout waves within four months across all targeted markets.
