Hemmersbach India marks its 10th anniversary this December. Established in 2015 in Bangalore, the country's major IT and technology hub, the India entity has developed into one of Hemmersbach's largest and most strategically important locations. From just 14 colleagues in 2015, the team has grown to over 400 professionals driving global service delivery for the IT industry today.

Bangalore Powers APAC IT Service Delivery

The Configuration Hub APAC in Bangalore now functions as the central logistics and staging hub for the Asia-Pacific region. In parallel, the Technical Contact Center in India provides support for clients across APAC and the United States. Hemmersbach India also hosts several global support functions, including Finance, Quality Management, Human Resources, IT Infrastructure, and Software Development. To sustain growing operations and service demand, a second Bangalore office was opened in 2025. Teams across dispatch, diagnostics, onsite services, and global service delivery continue to support projects for customers in the OEM, GSI, and DaaS segments.

Hemmersbach Direct Action Kids’ Family India

As the Social Purpose IT Company, Hemmersbach underscores its commitment to social responsibility through two Direct Actions, including Hemmersbach Kids' Family India. The initiative supports vulnerable children from marginalized communities in Bengaluru by providing shelter, education, nutrition, medical care, counseling, and recreational activities. It operates a learning center built from a converted shipping container in the Ramamurthy Nagar slum and distributes 10,000 liters of clean water each day. At the Kids' Home, children receive individualized care, learning support, and opportunities for holistic development in a structured and safe environment.

India’s Talent Driving Global Service Delivery

Hemmersbach India's growth is closely linked to the country's strong talent base. India is home to some of the largest system integrators and consulting companies in the world, which are among Hemmersbach's key customers. With a highly skilled IT workforce, strong educational foundations, and widespread English proficiency, the organization has been able to recruit specialists for global service delivery roles, supporting clients such as HPE, HPI, TCS Shell, Lenovo, HCL, Infosys, and Wipro.

On December 6th, colleagues and Hemmersbach COO Dariusz Stanczyk gathered in Bangalore for a local anniversary celebration, reflecting on ten years of progress and the contributions of teams across India.
