Your tasks

Als Onsite IT Support Engineer bied je technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten op locatie, waarbij je hardware- en softwareproblemen troubleshoot en oplost, en hun IT-infrastructuur configureert en onderhoudt.

  • Problemen met hardware, software en besturingssystemen diagnosticeren, troubleshooten, en oplossen.

  • Je gaat zelfstandig of in teamverband aan de slag

  • Installeer, upgrade, ondersteun en los problemen met de werkruimtehardware van eindgebruikers op, zoals desktops, laptops, printers, mobiele apparaten, en video- en conferentieapparatuur

  • Je analyseert fouten, onderhoudt hardware, installeert/verwijdert werkstations, installeert en configureert nieuwe software (IMACD) en beheert gebruikersaccounts via Active Directory

  • Implementatie van software en besturingssystemen met behulp van SCCM of andere implementatietechnologieën

  • Je legt je aanpak en oplossing van problemen vast in een ticketsysteem

  • Asset management
