Provide financial data insights through meticulous book-keeping and financial analysis, to allow well informed decision-making in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements
- Process daily financial and payroll-related transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Maintain and reconcile financial and payroll records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support the preparation of payroll runs and financial reports by providing validated data and assisting in basic analysis
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integrity and flow of payroll and financial information.
- Address employee inquiries on payroll, timekeeping, or reimbursements with discretion and professionalism
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in accounting and payroll workflows and support related projects or audits.
