Your skills
- min. 2 years of in-house work experience (or equivalent) in field
- C1 English
- Degree in business administration/ finance and/or accounting
- Advanced computer literacy
- Deep knowledge of accounting and business fundamentals
- Numeracy
Your tasks
Create & ensure outgoing invoices comply with local tax, legal, and e-invoicing requirements worldwide.
Support the design and improvement of outgoing invoice flows across service and hardware models.
Maintain ERP billing setups (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) and tax codes.
Collaborate with tax, legal, operations, and logistics teams to ensure accurate billing.
Monitor global regulatory changes and support updates to billing processes.
Provide documentation and support during audits and tax reviews.
