Your skills
- ONC or equivalent IT qualification and 3 years’ experience of diagnosing and repairing IT Equipment
- Experience in Windows, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
- Driving licence
- A very strong relationship with Dispatch
- Willingness to travel is essential
- The ability to lift and carry parts that can weigh up to 25 kgs.
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process + troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
Your tasks
Troubleshooting, Diagnostic, installation, maintenance and repair of designated equipment (laptop and desktop devices, including AiO)
Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications as well as occasional IMAC work
Maintaining and monitoring daily communication tools, Phone, Voicemail and Email
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining updates to all respective support departments
Maintaining tools, test equipment and Company supplied Vehicle
