Support the educational needs of children at Kids’ Home, with a primary focus on children enrolled in the Open Basic Education (OBE) programme and those requiring additional learning support.

Your skills
- B2 English
- Master’s degree in special education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Candidate with RCI License in special education is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in special education or child development settings.
Your tasks
Plan and deliver educational support for children enrolled in the Open Basic Education (OBE) programme.
Conduct educational assessments to identify children's learning strengths, needs, and abilities.
Develop, implement, and regularly review Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide individual and small-group remedial education based on children's learning needs.
Monitor children's academic progress and modify learning plans as required.
Identify children's interests, strengths, and readiness for pre-vocational or vocational training.
Adapt teaching strategies, learning materials, and classroom activities to meet diverse learning needs.
Maintain assessment records, IEPs, progress reports, and educational documentation.
Support educators in implementing IEPs and inclusive teaching practices.
Build educators' capacity by introducing effective, child-centred teaching methodologies and classroom strategies.
Collaborate with counsellors, schools.
