Your skills
- 3 years experience (or equivalent) in hardware repairs
- C1 English
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills
- Extensive knowledge on various IT equipment including, but not limited to personal systems, printers, tablets etc.
- Strong attention to details
Your tasks
- Deal with daily tasks/plan of work within onsite team
- Co-ordinate and assign tasks within the team
- Identify topics for improvement and areas for automation
- Keep the knowledge transfer within the team and be a ‘go-to’ person in case of technical issues and training of new joiners
- Provide onsite end user support
- Ensure the delivery of the contractually agreed services to the customer in compliance with the SLA through monitoring the team and the work on the tickets as well as analysing and optimizing the KPI
