As part of our Onsite Support Team in Stoneleigh, you’ll be responsible for exactly the areas that really inspire you:
Provide day to day desktop support
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
Installation, configuration and set-up of complex IT systems
Commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (MS Windows 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
Hardware repairs and second-level support tasks using a ticketing system
Creation of system documentation
