Provide local and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Deliver customer service for desktops, laptops, and networks. Maintain IT assets and document troubleshooting steps. Assist with asset management, procurement, and standard IT implementations. Respond to service requests via ticketing systems and help desks. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
