Service Desk Agent with English (m/f/d)

Service Desk Specialist

Your skills

  • Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software
  • Experience in IT support environment
  • Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - team work is dream work!
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro!
  • Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 6:30 pm (8 h) from the office in Wrocław
  • Familiarity with a ticketing tool would be a plus

Your tasks

  • Be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support —-via phone, email, and chat,

  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues with confidence,

  • Manage and track service requests through our ticketing system,

  • Collaborate with our expert tech teams to resolve complex problems,

  • Keep customers informed and happy with timely updates and solutions,
