Your tasks
Monitor and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and updates.
Analyze ticket and SLA compliance to identify areas for improvement.
Generate detailed reports on support activities.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates, clarify issues, and ensure satisfaction.
