Joining an exciting global contract, you will be an integral part of broader, yet highly committed support team, working directly onsite to provide dedicated support services for a dynamic & Global brand.
You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one diligently, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face – a job well done!
Working within an extended operational environment, you will need to participate in a support rota as follows:
06:00 - 14:00
08:00 - 18:00
14:00 - 22:00
This will be mutually agreed with yourself and your colleagues to provide the cover required, with the least impact possible on your home/work balance.
