Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customer site.
What about your responsibilities?
Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment
Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required
Asset management
Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
Location: Toronto, ON (fully onsite)
