Level 2 desktop and network support for customers.
An L2 Field Services Technician is required to join in their client’s Tullamarine, CBD & Parkville, VIC offices.
In this role, the successful candidates will be providing 2nd line Field Services support to Enterprise users of MS Windows and Mac Operating Systems and hardware, assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware, support mobile devices and manage tickets using the company’s chosen ITSM tool.
Available for a Full-Time position and eligible to work in Australia
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment
Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows and Mac OS
A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time
Team player but also able to work well autonomously
Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 20k
