– Provide day-to-day on-site IT support at customer locations within a defined region
– Diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely manner while balancing service delivery and customer satisfaction
– Install, configure, and maintain computer and printer hardware and software
– Identify appropriate solutions for hardware-related issues, including parts replacement and functional testing
– Perform high-quality repairs and ensure equipment is returned to full operational status as quickly as possible
– Manage and update support tickets accurately in the ticketing system
– Deliver a consistently positive customer experience through professional and reliable service
