IT Onsite Technician

Onsite Technician

Provide Level 2 Deskside support at one of our clients location.

Your skills

  • Communicative English.
  • Excellent time management skill.
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
  • Typically 2–3 years of experience.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency.
  • Fluent in local language.

Your tasks

  • Provide day to day local/remote desktop support.
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions.
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
  • Providing support for service requests involving PCs, laptops, phones, and peripheral devices.
  • Resolving hardware and basic software issues.
  • Providing feedback on technical processes to support efficiency improvements
