Ensure the creation and implementation of targeted, sustainable and pragmatic L&D content in order to enthuse candidates and colleagues equally

Your skills
- Basic MS Office skills
- C2 English
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience in teaching in a corporate environment
- 3+ years of experience (or equivalent) in teaching the language to groups of adults
Your tasks
- Plan, prepare, schedule and conduct online language classes on different language skill levels
- Actively seek out new course participants to maintain group sizes
- Evaluate language level of employees
- Conduct satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve the classes
- Assist the L&D team with translations and spelling checks whenever needed
