Your skills
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Good English and Italian language
- Excellent time management skill
- Knowledge of Mac OS/Apple iOS will be a plus
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to build relationships
- Experience with imaging tools like SCCM, MDT, or other deployment solutions
Your tasks
- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
