We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at 2nd level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their office, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure. Scope includes support of end-users in the following areas:
• Break/Fix activities
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• IMACD (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals)
• IT Asset Management - Managing local PC and peripheral stock as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory and equipment
• Smarts Hands Service
• Meeting / live-event support requests
• Walk-Up Tech bar support
