Your skills

Hands-on experience (or equivalent) in implementing and administrating MS technologies like Windows Server and Active Directory
2-3 years of experience replacing hardware components (Motherboards, Hard drives, etc)
Willingness to be in a On Call rotation with other team members, including working after hours and weekends
Good knowledge of backup solution, preferable VEEAM
Good knowledge of storage solutions (SAN, EVA, 3PAR)
A mining health and safety vetting certificate

Your tasks

Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided
Travel between various customer sites supporting multiple software and hardware environments
Drive an own project by end of the apprenticeship program
Willingness to learn and become part of a role that will include Data Centers, servers, and other IT equipment
