- Resource Scheduling & Dispatching - Assign technicians based on availability / Assign providers in case of unavailability internal.

Your tasks
- PMO/Admin tasks BE/NL - in support of SDM's +Project Teams
- Prodominantly Dispach -in support of SDM's + Project Teams
- Closely working together with partner management
- Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account
- product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability
- Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency
- Handle escalations
- Ensure service documentation and update if necessary
