Your skills

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure VPN, and networking concepts
  • Good communication skills in English and local language
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and ability to handle physical equipment

Your tasks

  • Provide hands-on support to install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Manage software issues, focusing on Microsoft Office 365, and assist with user accounts via Active Directory and Azure VPN
  • Log and manage IT support tickets accurately and on time
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Set up PC workstations, carry out device rollouts, and manage IT inventory
  • Support meeting room equipment and provide on-site smart hands assistance for network and server devices
