SharePoint Engineer

Your skills

  • B2 English
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience (or equivalent) in enterprise-level administration and engineering of related services
  • Experience leading technical implementation projects or system migrations in an international environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) would be an asset

Your tasks

  • Take end-to-end technical ownership of platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange, SharePoint Online, and Active Directory services - covering design, standardization, and continual proactive enhancement
  • Ensure best practices and compliance across the infrastructure, including security, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex service and identity management issues
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver impactful solutions
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to IT Communication Specialists and other team members & serve as the subject matter expert in projects
  • Document architecture designs and operational procedures
