Ensure that the procurement activities of the company are processed according to key business criteria

Your skills
- Previous experience in IT procurement or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of IT hardware (e.g. PCs, laptops, mobile devices).
- Ability to prepare device configs (like choose the CPU, RAM, HDD size and so on) on the distributor websites
- English proficiency at a C1 level; German is a plus.
Your tasks
- Process orders for BAU projects and support new projects’ implementation
- Ensure the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors and establish relationships with them
- Be responsible for selecting the best vendors
