Your skills

  • Highly developed know-how in the design of process flows and the identification of operational optimization potentials
  • Proven experience in leading teams on-site and remotely
  • Expertise in managing escalations and driving effective de-escalation strategies
  • Operational focus with a hands-on mindset
  • C1 English

Your tasks

  • Own the achievement of the monthly internal operational KPIs and get them steadily improved
  • Create best practice processes for existing projects as well as for during transition and implementation of new projects
  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and responsibility of multiple operational onsite teams in different locations
  • Align team to company standards while promoting the compliance with the Service Delivery Code
  • Actively search for new talents to develop and empower your teams
