Your skills

  • Directly manage the operations of the Data Centre co-locations to meet operational SLAs agreed between the company and the smart hands supplier.
  • Responsible for the application and enforcement of relevant Data Centre policies, standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring workspaces and storage areas conform to relevant security and H&S standards.
  • Have experience in the operation of dedicated and shared cages/raised floor environments within a colocation data centre facility (Build & Operations - Power, cooling, Security)
  • basic understanding of Data Centre Management including Data Centre IT Infrastructure physical requirements
  • Have complex problem-solving including problems involving multiple teams and third parties
  • Positive / Authentic Communicator; Expertise in Risk Management; Service & Delivery, Technology awareness & Leverage
  • C1 English and Finnish, SUPO security clearance required

Your tasks

  • Oversee the services delivered by the Smart Hands staff at DC co-locations & company owned facilities on request of their teams.
  • Assist the Regional Operations Lead with M&E operations management and liaison with the M&E supplier (Finland only)
  • Assist the CSU & Smart Hands supplier with Audits
  • Access Management Support
  • Record Management, Asset & Stock Management, Tape Management/Handling where applicable
  • ability to support 24 * 7 Shift Working, and on call where required
