 IT Onsite Technician

Your skills

  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting
  • Good working knowledge of Windows operating system and related software and applications
  • Good level of knowledge and experience of IT (CompTIA, Microsoft), Networking (Cisco) and Cybersecurity
  • Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Good communication skills in English language and strong interpersonal skills

Your tasks

  • Provide general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
  • Perform software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of printers, mobile phones and other office equipment
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions
  • Document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
