Bid Manager

Your skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bid Manager in the IT Services industry
  • Proven experience working with international clients and internal global teams
  • Strong commercial and pricing acumen (e.g., cost-plus, margin calculations, ROI modeling, currency exchange considerations)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work U.S. time zone hours
  • Hybrid work setup – must be available to report onsite 3 days a week

Your tasks

The Bid Manager works as part of our global sales and business development team. This position requires outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with a detail-focused and proactive approach. The Bid Manager is responsible for coordinating and producing bid and proposal responses for new and existing client opportunities within the IT Services sector.

This includes managing content libraries and portals, maintaining documentation accuracy, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the bid process. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.

  • Analyze project descriptions and develop tailored service concepts for international customers.
  • Lead costing and pricing development; prepare and follow up on professional written quotations.
  • Generate and evaluate pricing reports in Microsoft Excel.
  • Respond to requests for information using internal bid libraries or stakeholder input.
  • Maintain document control procedures and ensure version accuracy during the bid lifecycle.
  • Consolidate, format, and submit bid documents to match client requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant proposals within tight timelines.
  • Maintain and manage client portals with relevant data and document updates.
  • Record and distribute meeting notes and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
  • Maintain confidentiality across all bid activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Directors, Bid Team, and other departments
  • Ensure template and master document sets are current and available.
  • Support internal reporting and document management. Experience in working with teams that are global in nature, i.e., interacting with colleagues in the Americas, Europe, LATAM, Asia Pacific. (May require some off-shift time to accommodate availability of others)
