Your skills

18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Ability to build relationships
Excellent time management skill
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Staging and imaging devices for deployment
Domain joining and initial device configuration
Basic smart card setup and configuration (including exposure to MFA)
Providing general support and troubleshooting

Your tasks

Guiding users through first-time login and account setup
Assisting users with smart card authentication setup
Supporting software and application installations (on-site and remote)
Basic experience using ticketing systems
Basic proficiency in staging, imaging, and deploying end-user devices
Familiarity with Windows OS configuration and domain joining
Introductory understanding of Active Directory for account setup and management
