Your skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or similar technical role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to lift and transport IT equipment weighing 50+ lbs. frequently.
  • Basic knowledge of asset management and inventory control practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Your tasks

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Onsite Technician to join our team. This role involves supporting IT operations across various corporate locations in Springdale. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

  • Travel to various Springdale office locations to retrieve, transport, and manage IT assets (e.g., laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice).
  • Use a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage daily tasks and asset pickup requests.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and handling of IT equipment in line with asset management procedures.
  • Provide first-level support and assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Exercise independent judgment within established processes and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on technical workflows to help optimize efficiency.
