Ensure best in class project delivery in line with the SOW ensuring smooth delivery of service, overall customer satisfaction and commercial success
Coordinate the implementation of Retail technology solutions at end-client sites
Manage Retail technology maintenance & support service delivery
Act as SPOC for clients: commercially, technically, financially, operationally, etc.
Advise clients and internal teams & management on retail specific business and technology needs and developments
Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)
Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
Have the overall accountability for ensuring project KPIs and financial requirements are met
Be the connection between customers and project team, technicians
Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs and manage budgets
