Retail IT Infrastructure & Rollout Project Manager

Your skills

  • Min. 5 years of Retail technology experience
  • Project management experience in the Retail sector, e.g. implementation of technology solutions, managing interior & exterior IT reconstructions, refurbishments, etc.
  • Experience working with OEMs, clients, and managing vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel across multi-site retail locations
  • Excellent communication skills and Client focus
  • English at min. level C1
  • Need to travel (up to 25% of the time)

Your tasks

As Retail Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that involve the rollout or upgrade of retail solutions (e.g. POS systems, IT infrastructure) across multiple international locations.

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of Retail technology solutions at end-client sites

  • Manage Retail technology maintenance & support service delivery

  • Act as SPOC for clients: commercially, technically, financially, operationally, etc.

  • Advise clients and internal teams & management on retail specific business and technology needs and developments

  • Plan, implement and control international IT projects (operative and strategic)

  • Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers

  • Have the overall accountability for ensuring project KPIs and financial requirements are met

  • Be the connection between customers and project team, technicians

  • Support business development and (pre-)sales activities to secure new business
