Your skills

Experience in common metrics used in the IT industry
Experience in interfacing with C-Level management
Degree in MBA or equivalent field
MS Office skills
Need to travel (25% of the time)

Your tasks

Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)
Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
Have the overall accountability for ensuring project KPIs and financial requirements are met
Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective measures
Be the connection between customers and project team, technicians
Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs and manage budgets
