Team Lead, Bid Management

Your skills

  • 3+ years of work experience (or equivalent) in Bid management
  • Solid people management experience (or equivalent) in international context
  • C1 English
  • Ability to translate customer and market requirements into proven and new solutions
  • Critical thinking and customer orientated decision-making
  • Experience with CRM and bid management software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Your tasks

As the Team Lead – Bid Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting impactful proposals, and guiding the bid process from prospect to presentation. They identify and respond to new and existing business opportunities to continuously prove that we are the WOW! Makers. In your daily tasks, you prepare offers with a drive for the highest quality, tailor-made solutions for clients, and short turnaround times.


Your Responsibilities:
• Analyze project descriptions and IT service specifications
• Accuracy and attention to detail matter greatly in this role. You’ll review bids, double-check every requirement, and ensure everything is buttoned up before submission.
• Submit carefully prepared written proposals for accurate bids
• Estimate costs and calculate prices of created offers
• Check feasibility with operational project leads
• Maintain company database, track incoming bid requests and proposal responses
• Create and follow appropriate service concepts
• Manage Change Requests, including pricing for additional services in existing projects
• Conduct regular deal and account reviews with the team to ensure timely and accurate deal execution and forecast accuracy
• Consult with clients to understand business needs and recommend relevant solutions
• Translate customer and market requirements into proven and innovative offerings
• Make actionable and insightful recommendations for new products or services
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an affinity for working with numbers.

What You Bring:
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience leading or mentoring team members is a plus
• C1 level English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinking and a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience with CRM or bid management software is a plus
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
