Deployment, break/fix and reconfiguration tasks in large scale datacenter environments

Your skills
- 2+ years hands-on field-service/hardware experience (servers, networking, cabling) with demonstrated independent execution
- Provisioning capability: BIOS/UEFI, RAID, firmware, OS installation.
- Ability to follow runbooks and floor-layout diagrams precisely and instruct Level 1 colleagues.
- Previous experience with liquid cooling
- Valid Drivers License
- This role is hourly Non-Exempt with a targeted salary range of 25-28 USD.
Your tasks
Analyse, maintain and troubleshoot system, backup, server network and storage infrastructure
Travel between various customer sites supporting multiple software and hardware environments
Drive an own project by end of the apprenticeship program
