Your skills
- English Language: You are proficient in English, minimum B2 proficiency
- 3+ years’ experience in stock control, inventory management, or administrative asset management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, reporting)
- Experience working with asset management systems such as CMDB in SNOW or similar tools
- Skilled in maintaining accurate stock records, conducting audits, and reconciling discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process accuracy
Your tasks
We are seeking a skilled Stock & Inventory Administrator to provide comprehensive support in assets and stock management. This role includes overseeing stock control processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, and managing the full stock lifecycle from ordering to disposal. You will work extensively with Excel to create reports, track stock movements, and reconcile data, while also updating CMBDs across different ITSMs.
- Manage the full stock lifecycle: ordering, allocation, tracking, reconciliation, and disposal.
- Ensure regular stock checks are performed, audits, and data reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Create and update Excel reports, dashboards, and trackers to monitor stock usage and availability.
- Register deliveries, process stock movements, and track shortages.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement, repairs, and replacements.
- Oversee stock storage, organization, and inventory best practices.
- Support logistics for employee onboarding/offboarding equipment allocation.
- Ensure compliance with asset management processes and documentation standards.
