Your skills
- 1+ year previous work experience (or equivalent) in project management
- Experience in dealing with demanding workload and complexity
- C1 English
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel/ Power Point)
- Ability to find solution and present it to relevant people
- Willing to work in a Graveyard Shift
Your tasks
- Set up new processes, identify topics for improvement in existing processes and reassure the quality of the project
- Handle difficult customer requests
- Coordinate project-related processes according to business standards
- Collaborate with both local, central teams and GSDM (whenever needed)
- Provide required reports, documentation and instructions
- Perform onboarding procedure of new employee (introduce tasks and responsibilities, provide necessary support and knowledge during first months)
