Your skills
- Proven 4 years of experience in service delivery or project management
- Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and command of English (spoken and written)
- Good analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions quickly
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Willing to work onsite
Your tasks
As a PMO Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and ensure the successful delivery of services through effective management and continuous improvement.
Your key tasks include:
- Monitoring and controlling team performance to ensure adherence to systems, methodologies, and procedures
- Providing ongoing coaching and development support to team members
- Driving change and influencing positive outcomes through strong leadership
- Ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals
- Implementing and managing process changes and optimizations
- Collaborating closely with headquarters and international subsidiaries

- Familiarity with IT services
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Flexible and receptive to evolving responsibilities and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift
