Field Service Technician

Deliver exceptional Break/Fix support to all customers in your area.

Your skills

  • 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
  • Driving licence
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Advanced computer literacy (especially Excel); experience with accounting/payroll systems (e.g., SAP, DATEV) would be a plus
  • Experience using service ticketing systems and mobile device reporting tools.
  • Comfortable lifting and handling equipment up to 50 lbs.

Your tasks

  • Provide day to day support at the customer locations within a geographical region(s)
  • Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment
