 IT Onsite Technician

Your skills

  • 3 Year Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or National Diploma in ICT Related Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally used to resolving problems
  • Strong break / fix skills
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Customer Service qualities

Your tasks

  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in computer hardware and software
  • Providing general desktop support, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
  • Providing smart hand support for Server and network devices
  • Installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners etc.
  • Lease Management – Monitoring Leasing Devices
  • Setup new devices and software applications
