Your skills

3 Year Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or National Diploma in ICT Related Qualifications
Minimum 5 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally used to resolving problems
Strong break / fix skills
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Customer Service qualities

Your tasks

Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in computer hardware and software
Providing general desktop support, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops
Providing smart hand support for Server and network devices
Installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners etc.
Lease Management – Monitoring Leasing Devices
Setup new devices and software applications
