Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing HP and Lenovo desktop computers and printers
Knowledge of network infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and their impact on server and storage systems.
Experience with a variety of server and storage brands beyond HP, such as Dell, IBM, or Lenovo.
Ability to interpret and work with technical documentation and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
