Your skills

  • Fluency in English (min B2)
  • Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Power Point)
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good organizational and collaboration skills

Your Tasks

  • Reviewing reports out of internal and external data sources
  • Maintaining project documentation (e.g. Technician run book, process manuals, project site list and user list)
  • Onnboarding and offboarding technicians, including account administration
  • Distributing newsletters and updates 
  • Communicating standards, processes & updates to respective project members
  • Providing support with project financials
