Your skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience within Learning & Development, preferably in global project management
  • 4+ years of Leadership experience in an international environment
  • Strong focus on the bigger picture with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Proactive working style with hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach
  • Proven track record of successfully managed projects, KPI driven-person and cost efficiency in focus

Your Tasks

  • You lead the global L&D team and achieve its objectives by steering the development and implementation of effective programs according to business needs and market demands
  • You are the main stakeholder in cooperation with Talent Acquisition to establish Training and Development Initiatives that increase retention
  • You are convinced that L&D needs to transform according to digital and global needs and derive targeted measures for a future-oriented L&D together with your team
  • You define and track key metrics to determine the overall effectiveness of our L&D initiatives in order to derive the most effective way to deliver and implement them
  • Together with your team you conduct regular market research on innovative learning trends and technologies in order to incorporate them into our daily business
  • You ensure that the training methods are constantly state of the art and targeted (inspiring participants instead of imposing topics)
  • Together with your team you manage our internal development programs in order to establish a talent pool for future leaders
