Your skills

  • 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Collaboration in projects to create technical solutions
  • Taking control over subtasks during installation and configuration of system components and complex networks
  • Assisting the Buyer client with first level support of daily IT business.
  • Experience handling-controlling Inventory

Your Tasks

  • Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
  • Inventory control
  • Manage Tickets on SNOW
  • Deal with suppliers (external)
  • Handle or able to manage Office 365 - Cloud
  • Install devices printers, laptops, desktops.
  • Configure laptops, printers
  • Remote support
  • Support with simple administrative tasks
