• 5+ years experience (or equivalent) in L&D field
• Experice using Articulta Software
• University degree in psychology, sociology, business, economics or equivalent field
• Ability to understand learning needs of the target group and translate those into efficient program concept
• Dealing with complexity

• Ensure the creation and implementation of targeted, sustainable and pragmatic L&D content in order to enthuse candidates and colleagues equally
• Own and drive the development of a dedicated target group development (i.e. leadership development...)
• Ensure offering state of the art trainings/programs through research, initiating and implementing new ideas accordingly
• Act as the main point of contact for Management and colleagues on the dedicated field of expertise
