Your skills

  • 2-3 years of experience providing IT onsite support services
  • Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
  • Problem solving
  • Customer focus
  • Willingnes to work 100% onsite

Your Tasks

Job tasks

  • Experience on Cloud Computing and Virtualization.
  • Azure Strong Endpoint device support experience (i.e. desktop computers, laptops)
  • Ability to install Operating System on Servers and Devices
  • Ability to support Audio Video needs
  • Working knowledge on Networking hardware and concepts
  • Working Knowledge of PowerShell
  • Good Experience on Windows Server Admin, AD Excellent Troubleshooting Skills(Hardware, OS)
  • Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/KVMoIP Provisioning and Racking of hardware

Required skills
