Your Tasks

A Deskside Support Analyst is required by a global IT Services provider who are looking for the ideal candidate to join them as a full-time employee in their client’s Perth CBD office.

As a Deskside Support Analyst, you will be providing 2nd line Deskside Support to Enterprise users of MS Windows Operating Systems and hardware, assist with building and deployment of new Desktop/laptop hardware, support mobile devices, provide Hands & Eyes support to remote IT Teams and manage tickets using the company’s chosen ITSM tool.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deskside Support Analyst to take the next step in their IT career.

General Requirements:

  • Available for a Full-Time position

  • (Desirable) Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment

  • A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service

  • Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues

  • Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time

  • Team player but also able to work well autonomously
