Your Tasks


Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location, with a focus on data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for data centers, servers, and other peripherals

Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, switches, and storage systems

Participate in project rollouts and deployments, working with data centers and other enterprise-level IT infrastructure

Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management



5+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, or similar role

Strong knowledge of data center hardware and software, including servers, switches, and storage systems

Experience working with enterprise-level IT infrastructure

Familiarity with Windows OS, Linux, and various software applications

Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed
